About Oxy Haus
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in the UK swings between cold, sterile medical-device clinics and biohacker bro-marketing in lime green. Oxy Haus is neither. We’re a calm, honest, Newport clinic that treats recovery as a discipline — and explains it in plain English.
Oxy Haus was started by Stuart, who opened the chamber on Constance Street with a simple conviction: recovery isn’t optional — it’s essential. He’s the one who’ll greet you, settle you into the chamber, and talk you honestly through what HBOT can and can’t do.
Five months in, Stuart has worked with HYROX athletes chasing faster recovery, clients healing after surgery, and people quietly battling fatigue and brain fog. The thread that connects them all: they wanted somewhere that takes recovery seriously without the hype.
A house, not a hospital. Somewhere Newport can come up for air — clinical in its standards, human in its feel.
Four principles shape everything from the way we talk to the way we run a session.
100% oxygen, under pressure, for sixty minutes. We translate the science once, then get out of the way. No acronyms left unexplained, no jargon for its own sake.
HBOT supports recovery — it isn’t a miracle, and we’ll never promise a cure. We lead with real use cases and let the results speak for themselves.
Athlete, post-op patient, or someone chasing a clearer head — you’re all welcome, and you’ll all be treated like the recovery you’re after matters.
Five to ten sessions, sixty minutes each. Recovery responds to consistency, so we’ll help you build a course that actually fits your life.
The best way to understand HBOT is to try it. Your first session is £30 — book in, and see how you feel.
